Lease durations are flexible and depend on your move-in date as well as any current specials we may have. Typically, our lease terms span from 5 to 15 months. 

Great News! For a fully approved application, no deposit is required. However, a conditionally approved application may necessitate a security deposit of up to one month’s rent. A $200 administrative fee is charged per home (price is dependent on size of apartment) as well as a $80 per person application fee for every applicant over 18. Call the leasing office for additional details

Wallis & Baker is a pet friendly community, and we welcome your 4-legged family members! We accept dogs and cats only. You are limited to 2 total pets per apartment, and a pet deposit, non-refundable fee, pet rent and certain pet rules apply: 

  • Pet fees include a $400 non-refundable fee per pet 
  • Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet (2 pet maximum). Your pet rent gives you access to our on-site dog park,  
  • We do not have any weight restrictions on pets, but certain breed restrictions do apply. 

We aim to respect our neighbors, which is why we observe Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am.

  • Water: Don’t worry – we set that up for you! 
  • Electric: Our preferred electricity provider is RELIANT ENERGY – 1-855-353-7736.  WWW.RELIANT.COM/MYHOME 
  • High-Speed Internet & TV: Spectrum provides community WiFi, personal WiFi and Spectrum TV to Wallis & Baker. To learn more, contact Spectrum at 1-855-895-5302. More info will be available in your welcome kit.

The Grind fitness center was designed with your fitness goals in mind and is FREE for all residents. You will have access to treadmills, elliptical and spin bike cardio machines, free weights and machine weight fitness equipment. 

 

Certainly! Rest assured, we’ve got you covered when it comes to staying connected. At Wallis & Baker, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in both indoor and outdoor community spaces, including the leasing center, clubrooms, fitness center, and courtyards. 

Wallis and Baker is proud to be a smoke-free community. This means that all our common areas indoors and outdoors as well as ALL apartments’, garages and interiors are non-smoking, creating a healthy and clean community for our current and future residents. You must be 25 feet away from all properties, park enclosures, and buildings. We hope this helps you breathe a little easier about your choice to live at The Hudson. 

 


We’re doing what we can with a community-wide recycling program for all residents who want to participate. Our trash service will pick up your trash and recycling at designated locations. You can purchase your own recycling trash bags from the local store Glad, Hefty and Husky each have their own options.

Yes! We would love to have your friends and family join our community. Current residents who refer a friend receive a $250 rent credit after move-in. Ask any of our leasing agents for details on this program.
